Train The Habit of Discipline
(It has often been said that habits make or break a person. There appears to be great truth in this. One of my friends uncles spent time during WW2 in the Battle of The Bulge. In that time he, along with many others took up the habit of smoking. Why not? It was sanctioned and no evidence to the contrary existed. Later he passed away from complications associated with smoking.
His brother, also a smoker and present in the same battle quit smoking on the day his brother passed. He never smoked again. So I have a question for you.
What will it take for you to change a habit. To delete one or, to choose to no longer engage one. The key here is Willpower. More in a later post, but here is a short engaging article. Enjoy. Nigel)
