Elemental Meditation
All the Basics:
Our elements combine to create our physical world.
With that said, elemental meditations combines the wisdom of meditation and the science of sonic therapy, using the four elements as a framework for each meditation’s focus (Elemental Meditations).
For an elemental meditation, you can choose to focus on one or more of the elements to achieve a specific goal.
Various Forms of Elemental Meditation:
Earth:
Do this form of meditation to ground yourself in a strength greater than your own through the element of earth, which symbolizes support, connection, and a sense of equilibrium.
Perform this meditation when you are seeking to restore relaxation, improve sleep and to restore emotion and physical balance.
