Prayer For The Highest Good Of All
Pray for God
Q: I would like to return to this idea of Prayer. Why we do it and what it “does”. You have said many times, the greatest prayer is “To Pray for God”. So the greatest thing we can do is pray for all to be uplifted,and through that act we are uplifted, rather than praying for a region, or a specific problem, or different people who are suffering on the planet? Is it not necessary to pray with a specific intent?
Dreamer: Pray for God.
Q: Pray only for God?
Dreamer: There is no harm in praying for a group or a person. But the highest prayer is the prayer for God. Because in praying for God, all you can do is give Love to God. And when you give Love to God, God cannot resist the opportunity to return to you – many times multiplied – the Love which you have. This then increases your own godliness and your own awareness. As your own awareness increases, the barriers of separation break down. As the barriers break down, others receive the blessing of your Love, and they too begin to have breakdowns.
Q: Our prayers for God will lift ALL up?
Dreamer: This is the message to communicate right now – at this moment; it is most important! Pray for God. Many do not understand this and there is confusion. They pray for what they want. But to pray for God in all beings is to love and serve all. This is very important. The work before you now is to show all beings that God is everywhere. All religions teach this, but few adherents practice it. This has been taught by not only the Dreamer but by all true teachers. It must now be practiced in the highest public places. It must be taught through actions and words, yet many presidents and leaders today say one thing and do another.
Q: Even so, are they not fulfilling their roles?
Dreamer: Yes, but they can only serve these roles for as long as they are enabled by those within humanity who support them. When a decision is made to go beyond all dogma, doctrine, and religion and just be One with God, Pure Love, the Holy Light, these roles no longer have purpose, and these leaders have nothing to hold on to which serves them.
Q: Are You saying that they will hold on to this way of being as leaders only as long as people hold the thoughts which support them? We are their anchors?
Dreamer: Yes.
Q: If people stopped holding these thoughts, they would cease to exist? Is this the same message that is given by the Dreamer in our classes, when the Dreamer says, “When you cease to exist, so do all others…in your universe.”?
Dreamer: Yes, you see? The message has been constant. It has never changed. How many times must it be said? This is the message that you must now bring forward and emphasise.
Q: To pray for God.
Dreamer: Pray for God.
Q: And for people to work on themselves?
Dreamer: When they work on themselves, they work on God in all of Creation.
Q: Literally, this is one cyclical message which has been given over and over, but which humanity has never truly taken in: Love God!
Dreamer: Yes, but one must Love not only God. Remember the very simple commandment: “Love the Lord Thy God with all your heart and all your Soul and all your mind.” I have given this commandment to every civilization in every aeon. Go through all sacred books, there will you find My words echoing throughout the ages. There is no ownership of the sacred word. None at all. So I ask you, no matter what your path, is there room for any other desire to grow here? The mind is directed, the soul already belongs to the heart, and the heart is One with the Father and Mother. When all thoughts, words, and deeds are in harmony, one must move closer to God. And as one moves closer to God, one realises that it is much easier to carry out God’s Will. Such a realisation is, in itself, a stepping-stone to Self realization.
